Pitched and led a LangChain → LangGraph migration. Designed an observability adapter that broke a Literal AI vendor lock-in before it bit. Test coverage 40 → 80%.
Shipping AI features inside a SaaS platform
Owned an AI meeting bot and an AI weekly planner end-to-end, embedded with the platform team. Led a structured-outputs migration across legacy AI features.

Most engagements are embedded build — I own AI features end-to-end for 3 to 6 months. Sometimes it's an architecture audit (1–3 months), AI team setup (3–4 months, part time), or a fixed-scope scoping engagement. Shape gets decided on the discovery call. Pricing is monthly retainer or fixed-scope. Remote, async-first, based in Warsaw (UTC+1). Two-week notice either side. Minimum engagement: three months.
