I'm Maciej — an independent AI consultant and senior engineer, based in Warsaw, working remotely with teams worldwide.

Eight years of Python in production. The last three building AI/LLM systems — RAG, agents, structured outputs, observability — particularly inside regulated environments (pharma, legal, finance, regulatory intelligence). Recent: BT, Roche Diagnostics, Teamwork.com, EuroPharma Alliance, Universal Music Group, GCore, plus a handful of startups.

I'm not the kind of consultant who shows up with a deck. I write the code, ship the features, and stay on call until your team can run it without me. When the architecture has to survive Legal review, that's where I'm most useful.
